We would like to inform you that from September 1, 2020, new procedures for accepting returns and complaints will apply, therefore there will also be changes to the regulations for using the B2B Office Support Platform. For your convenience, we have also prepared instructions on the correct packaging of returns and complaints. Amendments to the B2B Office Support Regulations will not affect orders placed before the effective date of the amendment to the Regulations.

Customers who have registered a Customer Account in the B2B Office Support Platform and have agreed to be contacted for marketing purposes, will be additionally notified of the amendment to the Regulations by information sent to the e-mail address (e-mail address) provided in the registration form.
